I am asking because I thought that there was a problem with the federation on my home server, but I started seeing some votes and comments not federate correctly, which make me think that there might be a wide problem.
Anyone else?

I’m seeing posts that says they have 13 comments and I can see zero of them… and this is on the same instance.
I can’t help but notice how insanely buggy the service is with regard to showing me comments that allegedly exist.
I had issues with my instance and found 2 sites that helped, see if they have anything
I think so, i also had problems, not with my own instance though
