I haven’t encountered this in a long time, but it was kinda the norm at one point.

When Coke faced a class action suit for misleading claims, its lawyers tried to argue “that ‘no reasonable consumer’ would ever believe such marketing”, and there was no reason for it to be a class action, they lost (they also lost the suit).

My wife had a serious, call 911-level, allergic reaction. The EMTs gave her diphenhydramine and Epi, and she got more at the hospital. She did not recommend the experience.

Those TPS reports ain’t gonna write themselves.

My father worked for Western Electric, the part of the Bell System that handled wiring this building (and others). I’m pretty sure he worked there, at least for a while. The amount of copper wire in that building is astronomical.
