If it ain’t broken, don’t fix it.

I did a software engineering degree. It took me 15 years to finally get a decent enough salary to be confortable, pay the bills, and have some extra for leisure.

The work is soul crushing though. I’m sick and tired of being in front of a computer. Also all the tech I work with is somehow related to fascist political bullshit and late stage capitalism.

Finding work is tough also. There’s been so many layoffs everywhere in tech. The same thing as the 2008 crash is happening and it’s coming back with a vengeance.

Honestly, going into trades is a solid plan. I would definitely consider it if I were you.

Most of those who work forces, are the same who burn crosses.
