Just wondering what’s out there other than LibAdwaita/LibAdapta and Kirigami for creating GUIs which would work on small screens too.

Kirigami is built on top of Qt by KDE
Tkinter might work, depending on what you have in mind.
Flutter?
Tied to google. Telemetry on by default.
